Upon pick up of my vehicle, Luke took the time to personally sync my phone, showed how to use the navigation system step by step as well as programming the Sirius radio in the vehicle. Joe Pellegrini was very helpful and understanding working with me as I am hard of hearing. Answered every question and more. He explained things in easy terms for me to understand. I feel I can trust and count on him for anything. I do plan on doing more sales/leases with him in the future. I will be recommending him and Colonial Chevrolet to other family members (my dad has been working with only him for years) and friends. I can not thank you enough for making the process so easy/fast and organized.
I was able to test drive several trucks used and new. John Woodland made some great recommendations and pointed out difference in what I drove. The sale was fair, no pressure, and very acommadating to my schedule. John , Jim, and Mike completed our sale explaining the process along the way. Joe guided me through the entire process with ease. He was always available, promptly answered my questions, and took care of every detail in a timely way. He even went as far as to straighten out my license plates, help me install my car seats, transfer my bags, and return my rental car for me. He showed me such kindness during a truly stressful time in my life. He put me in my dream car at an insanely reasonable price and worked with me to make sure I loved every aspect of the car (and the process)!
