This Service dept. is phenomenal. I visited them because I was in a tight-I was here from out of state Bc my 87yo is Mom critically ill and I am trying to drive her back to live with me . I needed a new tire after discovering I had a nail in my tire but it was an uncommon size and brand and I was stressed . Mr. Prado the service advisor was patient , friendly and helpful . It was late in the day and I was going to have to schedule it for the am and leave later than planned for my 12 hr drive the next day. we scheduled it , I decided to leave my car there overnight in case it went flat overnight at my home and waited for a family member to come get me, He and the service technician decided they could make it happen for me the same day despite it being late . They didn’t have to do that —they could have just said —we are closing shortly, we are booked up today -you need to return at 7:30–and I would have . But Mr. Prado and his team worked together to help me the same day . I didn’t purchase my car there , I was only buying one tire , they had no ulterior motive-they were simply being helpful. These two employees reflect the character of this dealership . Thank you Mr. Prado and Thank you to the technician.
