2008 TL I've had some issues with service under the previous management which made me avoid coming here. However, my most recent service was pretty much perfect. Steven helped me with everything for my car, including some good recommendations for summer wheels. My car has been under-used for 2 years while I was out of town for work, it needed quite a bit of work but I am completely satisfied with the service experience at AMC. Car feels almost brand new even at its age and mileage. Definitely would recommend

Because I have an older (2005) model Acura, I normally bring my car to a small local garage for servicing, but my car died and that garage was UNABLE to figure out the problem. I've never had a small garage tell me before that they could not diagnose the problem, and that I needed to visit the dealership. I was connected with Steven Palombo at Acura Montreal, and he was amazing. He really took the time to keep me informed of what was going on every step of the way, and how much everything would cost. I really felt like he cared about saving me as much money as possible. He definitely went out of his way to help me in every way he could. He made the whole experience much less stressful. And now, the car I thought was dead, is alive and well! :)
This was my go-to place for any service or part I need for my TLX until the ownership/management changed. I am not sure whether it is because of reduced staff or something else, I can't reach service anymore and I do not receive a call back when I leave a message with the sales front desk agent. I would probably go to a farther Acura dealership for a better service.
I was worried at what kind of service I would get after hearing about the owner change but was pleasantly surprised. Steven Palumbo was a absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He really made me feel like my Rdx was in the best hands for the service it needed. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly after other garages failed to do so. Best of all, Steven went above and beyond to make sure Honda Canada would honor my warranty. No snake oil pills in this garage, only great service and complementary car washes!
