I will always take my vehicle to Acura of Athens because the Service Advisor, Joe, is always helpful and handles everything in a timely manner. He was also very informative on my Multi-Point Inspection and let me know of future services that I may need. Great place to get your vehicle serviced!!

I got a recall on my car so I called them and asked when a good time to set an appointment would be for the work to be done. They set it for Friday and told me it would be done by the end of the day. I went Friday got back to them by the end of the day and they hadn’t even pulled it in. What good is an appointment if they’re just not going to do what they say? So now I have another appointment date fingers crossed it’ll get at least started on this time.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! After contacting Randy via text regarding a certified pre-owned Acura listed on their website, my husband and I made the decision to drive 200 miles on our next available off day to see the vehicle in person. Randy notified me the day before that he would be on vacation and would not be available to meet us but gave me another contact person who could assist us. We decided to stop at another dealership a bit west on our way into Georgia to view the same model/make in comparison. The difference between these two are daylight and dark. We left that dealership and made our way to Athens. We were greeted immediately with warm, friendly faces. My request to "give us just a few minutes alone to look over the car" was politely honored and once we were satisfied with the condition, we went into the lobby to talk pricing/trade in. While waiting for our trade in to be inspected, we chatted with Al who treated us like family. We were introduced to his son and felt like we had known him forever. Jimmy came back with a generous offer for our trade and we closed the deal. Billy completed our finance paperwork and we were out the door and on our way back home with our new car. Jimmy, Al, Billy and Randy were all so wonderful and made this car buying experience a great one. I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. They stay true to their motto, "Where customers become friends for life". I would love to use them for all of our future service needs but unfortunately we live 4 hrs away so it's a bit inconvenient. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle though, I would't think twice about driving 4 hrs again to do business with them. They definitely make you feel like family.
