drove 2 hours from out of town to get here, made an early AM appointment. Was not told not to fill up car so the could service fuel pump issue, so they couldn't work on that. We left in loaner so they could work on other issue. Was not told that if we got a loaner it voided our early morning appointment place in line. When we came back that afternoon they hadn't even started working on our car...because we had a loaner...ok. Total lack of communication. As a first time customer, how would I know those things? We will not be coming back.
