My experience at Acura of Johnston was great. The facilities were clean, and neat. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They provided Cappuccino and treats while I waited by their High Def. TV. After my service was complete, they gave me a summary of the safety check and recommended that I have some things done that needed attention, if not then, then soon. They were not pushy. They even offered a free car wash that my car definitely needed after the service was completed. I highly recommend Acura of Johnston as a trustworthy facility to have a car serviced. Steve

This dealership has messed up our loan....took our car for a trade....and now 1 week after we drove the car off the lot and had our new car involved in a hit n run accident....the dealership has not completed the loan nor have they contacted us on what is going on...going to be contacting a lawyer as of today..not happy atm nor am I willing to work with them if they royally messed up and shouldnt have let us trade and drive off the lot with a car not finalized for sale....cannot give 0 rating or i would have...can we fix this google to a 0rating?

The level of service I have received is exceptional. My vehicle was having some issues and the service department has been so great at helping get them resolved. I was recently out of town and they even came to my home to pick up my vehicle to work on while I was gone. They had it fixed and returned before I got home. The communication has been tremendous. I am very pleased with the service I have received.
