What a great experience we had at Acura of Langley! This year we decided to purchase Acura RDX A-Spec. We came prepared, well researched and met Victor, our sales consultant. He was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable and we didn’t feel any pressure. We were not very easy customers but he was patient and professional. Finally, we met Stefan, the manager and we got the deal. Stefan was excellent, he negotiated the price professionally and with respect. Then we met Ryan, the business manager, who did all the papers. We had such a pleasurable experience with Ryan. He is very experienced, an expert in his field, and he is so much fun to talk to. When the papers were done we almost became friends. Justin, delivery specialist, who took us to the vehicle and explained all the features - he was great! We had such an awesome experience with the team of Acura of Langley like never before!! Hi, I wanted to share my experience and feedback with Acura Langley dealership. We've been leasing Acuras for our company for awhile through other dealerships, and always look for good deals and great service. I was looking this time for leasing a 2020 MDX Aspec, but the pricing was higher than my current lease. As I was looking around, a friend of mine suggested that I go to Acura Langley, So I contacted the sales manager Stefan, unlike other sales mangers, he was so confident to give us all the numbers and the deal over the phone, and was very professional and transparent with numbers and moreover truly honest gentleman, we decided to go the dealership and I was surprised that whatever we discussed over the phone was all on paper and I further got to negotiate a bit more as I am a thrifty buyer, Stefan and his sales \Andreas\ were honest, transparent and very professional. We've leased cars prior with different dealerships but never encountered such a pleasant and transparent experience. They have the best pricing and cars in town as per my experience. The next day we met this gentleman Ryan in the business office and for the first time ever I learned about the Acura Plus program and he set-us up for the best terms and advised the \do\ and dont's with the lease. Very impressive and amazing experience with him as well. Truly appreciate the time and bonding. Bought a used vehicle from salesperson Richard Ojo. He was the most attentive and thorough salesperson I have ever purchased from. He has excellent communication skills and sent many videos as I couldn't shop in person. He goes above and beyond the service required providing an enjoyable shopping experience. Ask for Richard on your next purchase you will not be disappointed, he is the best.
