I started the process online and Leon the General Sales Manager responded the same day. I purchased a vehicle the next day with Tanner Stephens in sales. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. Even with the financing. I got a great deal and everyone went to the moon and back with excellent customer service! Nice place not a super selection on cars. We went there specifically to buy a used car we were looking into, It took awhile to get a response when using the web method of contact, literally 3 days went by before we heard back. Now we did end up buying the vehicle we were interested in. The process was pretty quick (we pre-qualified through our Credit Union). Just could have appreciated a call back sooner once interest was made.

Car shopping is NOT my favorite thing to do. I’ve had some bad experiences and hate the “game playing” of negotiating prices and the lengthy paperwork process. Tanner was amazing in making sure I didn’t have to deal with either. During a really busy week I stopped in to look after narrowing down a couple cars I wanted at a few dealerships. I let him know right off how much time I had. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with the car I was inquiring. His follow up was great and never felt suffocated at any point.
