I was very shocked that this company first of all that came to my residence during a government stay at home order during the COVID spread. The gentleman did not wear any PPE and just came in and started going through every part of my house doing measurements and pictures. Etc. The appraisal came back and it was a slap in the face after having home improvements done to improve the value less than 9 months ago. (Roof, windows ) This company low balls the value of your home and I wouldn’t use this company unless you have a beach front property in a high dollar community then you will be all set!!
