I chose this hotel over Red Roof Inn due to reviews. A mistake! I drove 12 hrs and needed a good nights sleep, check in lady was great. The ONLY positive to this experience. When I got to my room, it smelled musty. I pulled the air filters out of the A/C, I should've changed rooms. Over tired, I just wanted sleep. Got to sleep around 2 a.m, got a wake up call at 6 a.m that I did NOT ask for. Not being able to go back to sleep and extremely congested and angry, I got back on the road for 12 more miserable hours of driving. Spent 2.5 days in bed returning home recovering from this nasty experience. Lady said owner would reach out on Monday, it's now Tues p.m. with no response. CHECK THE AIR FILTERS BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP! Disgusting...

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR IF IT WAS ALLOWED ... When I arrived I ask to take a look at the room I'd be staying in. I checked the shower and noticed the shower head was extremely messed up. So I ask them to have it changed before I rented the room. I was told that it was done. I proceeded to rent the room got my key and left because I still had things to do. When I was done and got back to my room it was late and I was going to take a shower and go to bed. I needed to be up early for a business meeting. To my surprise the shower head had not been fixed and I literally had to stand on the edge of the tub to rinse my hair out. When I try to address the situation the next morning because I was going to rent the room again I was told that they were refusing me service. Don't stay here they are rude and their customer service sucks. I wasn't given a refund not even a partial refund.
Filthy and Gross!
Baymont has typically been a decent place to stay ... not this one. Skip it if you can. Had to change rooms cause when I turned down the bed, someone had peed in it. Was told no one here to change the bed or give me clean linens. Both non smoking rooms and both reek of smoke. Too tired to go elsewhere.
It was great nice and clean the lady who check us in was very nice and helpful.
Love this place. The owners and employees are great individuals and make sure that what is needed is provided with efficiency.
I needed a room a little bit late in the evening and the manager set me up with a nice room in the front of hotel.I slept like a baby with no distractions at all.I would gladly do it again.
Don't stay here. I booked through travelocity and when i arrived they told me they couldn't confirm my payment. So i had to pay again in order to check in. later that night I contacted travelocity to get a refund. they contacted the hotel and were told I had called 2 days previous and cancelled and never checked in. Even though I checked in, they copied my drivers license and made me fill out an information sheet. added all that the place is nasty. multiple homeless waling about. Run find somewhere else. it's not work the cheap price.
