My husband and I heard about Hammock's AC from our neighbor who had nothing but good things to say about his experience. Our furnace started making loud noises while running then would make a very specific whining sound at the end of a cycle. We called Hammock's and a tech (Tim) came out and confirmed that the inducer motor was really old (18 years) and would likely go out very soon. Fred, the sales guy, came out the next day and gave us an estimate for a full HVAC replacement as requested. Today, Chris and Jason came and installed a new furnace and new AC. All four guys we dealt with plus the person who scheduled the appointments (unfortunately I don't recall her name), were professional and personable. Equally as important, we received quality products at a good price. We liked being able to support a small, family owned business and would recommend them to anyone.

Hammocks has been consistently good to us. Repair last year and new A/C and Furnace today after old one went out. Fair prices and great people. Highly recommend this company!
I have used Hammocks for about 2 years and they always do a great job. Today was no exception. Alex arrived in the time window that was provided. He was very personable and professional. He explained everything to me about my system and showed me some things I was not familiar with. I highly recommend Alex and Hammocks!
Hammocks comes to service my 3 HVAC units twice a year. They're good at communicating and very professional in delivering the service itself. Last week the technician discovered a leak in the water heater next to my HVAC, and arranged for 2 guys to come replace the water heater the next day. These guys were less than professional, accidentally damaged a drain line in the basement, then charged me extra for the parts and labor to replace it.
From the estimate to the installation, everything was great. A big thing for me is being on time, these guys were great. Also, the installers took great care to protect my wood floors. Great experience overall. Would recommend.
