Dropped my tv off for repair. Called back in a little over a week to check status. He tells me, he couldn't fix it so he gave it to scrap....wait huh? No call to let us know, nothing. As if since he can't fix it, no one can. I'm out a 51 inch Samsung.
Depending on how old your tv is they may be able to repair it.
This place was a complete nightmare to work with. I brought my LG tv in there to fix and the guy kept talking me out of fixing it. Then he proceeded to tear it apart anyway. He doesn’t keep his posted hours. RUN AWAY from this place don’t walk.
