Our house on Roof surface replacement” knowing the majority of cost would be on homeowner. WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR??? I AM REPORTING TO THE STATE’S INSURANCE COMMISSIONER!!! After speaking to another Allstate agent who told me that my agent should have fought for better coverage for my roof, I realize it was this agent did a poor job. Rory Rykman is not to be trusted. I would not recommend this agency.
