This hotel needs updating badly. I took photos of items wrong with room. The beds we're comfortable but the bathroom mirror had 2 cracks, a towel rack was off the wall, and the wall was shattered from being slammed open. Also for some reason we never get points for staying at the hotel. We get a military discount but no one ever asks for our LaQuinta number. We are probably due a free night but nobody asks - why??? Not impressed and should find another chain to seek out like Best Western. They also serve breakfast. We look for the best bang for the buck!

I am a La Quinta rewards member. I have traveled to many of their locations. The customer service at this location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very outdated. From the blinds to the lamp shades, everything was very old. The pool was not opened nor did it look like there would be plans for it opening at all this summer. The gym had a some broken equipment. Overall, I did not feel comfortable so I cancelled the remaining nights and booked next door which wasn't an easy decision because I am a very loyal customer and I love to add up my member points.

I would call this a moderate hotel. The room was clean and everything worked. The AC/heat unit was very quiet and worked very well. The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was quiet notwithstanding it's close proximity to the freeway. The hot portion of breakfast was quite good and varied, but the pastry selection was old and pathetic.

From the disgusting ceiling vent in the bathroom that was home to a few stink bugs, to the bed that had a horrible mattress and looked like either someone took a nap on it (or worse) just before our arrival, or was made by a three year old, to the supposed "secure" entry door at the end of the hall that was obviously strong armed and wouldn't latch behind you, to the fact that on a night where the lows were expected to be in the lower 30's, the desk failed to tell us that the heat was out in the ENTIRE HOTEL, we will NEVER consider this La Quinta again. At a rack rate of 115.00 for our room, our stay was less than an hour!! I would have expected this from a 25.00 side of the road "roach motel" but not from a La Quinta! We immediately checked out and found other MUCH nicer accommodations down the road a bit. If I could give a negative star, this location would earn it, hands down.

Right off the interstate 75. Very friendly, compassionate and helpful personnel. The King Rooms are very spacious with fridge and microwave built into the entertainment center with three drawers for storage, large desk, my room king room had a two seat sofa, separate closet to hang your garments. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, with lots of room in and out of the shower (it's not like one of those bathrooms where you feel closed in or suffocated). Very, very pet friendly even the vendors love the pets. The rooms, hallways, stairwells and elevator are very clean. The continental breakfast is good from hot waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits & southern gravy, cereal, English muffins, bagels, coffee, tea, juices and more. There is also a small fitness & business center (fax and computer). I truly felt at home with the staff and all accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay long or short term.

I chose this hotel because they allowed dogs and had positive reviews online. The room itself was not perfect but the beds were comfortable and clean. I would not want to stay mutiple nights. I liked the hot biscuits and gravy for breakfast and the coffee was good too. Also for I75 travelers it was a decent exit next to a good gas station. I felt safe there. The staff was very friendly.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! ZERO INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! The integrity and professionalism of the company was deplorable! I will never stay at a La Quinta ever again!! I have never been more disappointed by a hotel experience in my life. The hotel was run down and dirty. The bathroom there was disgusting, with splatterings of dark liquid on the wall and overall uncleanness. The wallpaper was peeling and walls were damaged throughout the hotel. Maintenance did not appear to be done regularly. The pool was closed for inspection and nothing was done to accommodate the guests. My biggest complaint, however is that the company charged me twice on two separate cards. Although I brought this to the attention of staff several times, I was told that I would have to take it up with corporate. After three weeks of back and forth calls/emails, as well as providing documentation I was told "sorry... Not sorry... Call your bank." Ultimately I had to file a dispute with the bank to have my money refunded.

This was the most welcoming hotel I've ever stayed at!! After Hurricane Irma we had to stay here with our 2 dogs and parrot. Ann Marie at the front desk was ultra helpful and friendly!! We talked to her on the phone and when we arrived in person she was even friendlier! The room was clean and big. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy! The area is safe and has a lot of restaurant choices nearby. Over all I would highly recommend!!
