The only company I would trust to service my embroidery machines. They did excellent work on my Tajimas and facilitated my transition to Barudan machines expertly over the past few years. Scott and John are true professionals and as I stated in my opening sentence, I wouldn't trust my machines with anyone else. My embroidery machines are the lifeblood of my business, only the best technicians should service them. Scott and John have serviced my machines (barudan and tajima) for years and I know I would not call on anyone else. They show up in a timely manner, especially to be in such high demand. When you need to be prioritized they know how to accommodate that too! Their prices are always fair and they do installing new machines too! John has had Alex (an intern) in-tow the couple of times he has visited and we can tell already he will excel at this trade. Very professional and reliable!

I've used Scott on two occasions and found him to be very knowledgeable when it comes to embroidery machine repair. I also purchased a used 4 head tajima from Scott I've had no problems at all with this machine he is a great person to deal with don't think twice about using him he has more knowledge then the hirsh techs I was dealing with.5 stars all the way.

False advertising. Works on Tajima only. Doesn't ask what's wrong with the machine or even answer the phone in a respectful way. Just "I only work on one brand". Probably union scabs.
