These guys are so patient with me (I don't know much about technology). They always take care of me though. They have fixed both my computer and my cell phone at this point. They are nice, fair, and honest! I will never trust my technology with anyone else again and I recommend them to everyone.

Nice guy. Knows his stuff and gets the work done weeks faster than any shop quoted me. He also stands behind all repairs... unlike others. If you have kids you know stuff gets broke. Go see jeremy rather than shelling out 600 for a new tablet or phone.

I had my phone screen cracked and the guy replaced it. When I was looking at my phone screen it looked to not be on all the way and it would skip sometimes and I had to really press the screen. Also he took a picture of his business card with my phone camera and it was in my gallery. The next day I had a dime in a my pocket and cracked through the whole screen. When I called him back 2 days later he kind of gave me an attitude "saying well I was going to send that screen back and do it under warranty, I couldn't possibly send that back, he paused for a while and then said well bring it in and I will replace it. When I took it in the first thing he told me was you lost your deposit and kind of just smiled. I had him replace the screen and it was done in an hour, when I came back the guy saw me coming and went to the back and hid. I was looking at my phone and it worked so I paid him and went on my way. 2 days later I noticed the screen wasn't on all the way and my phone cracked due to pushing hard on the phone, and i looked at where the screen was and it started peeling away. This guy totally ripped me off. I will NEVER do business with him again.
This guy is incredible. Very tech savvy and also very professional. I would highly recommend bringing any type of electronic device to Jeremy that is broken or need something out of it. He was able to get all my contacts, pdf files, music, pictures from my crushed cellphone to my new one. I will definitely be bringing future buisness your way.
