I stopped by on my lunch break to check it out, I normally go to the Calhoun store but I was in the Acworth area. I cannot say enough good things about the JR store. It’s conveniently located off of 41 and the customer service was just as amazing as the Calhoun store! Will be back!

I stopped in to get myself a new piece yesterday. The guy that was working (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful in finding what I wanted. I got home and found out that the piece was faulty (it happens), I called up the store and spoke to the same guy who told me just to bring it back and he'd exchange it. When he found out that I had already attempted to use it, he instructed me to just throw it away (I appreciated not feeling like I had to drive back with any used paraphernalia). When I returned to the store, the same guy got me taken care of right away. I am very pleased with my replacement piece and will return for any future needs.

Mr.Nappy Dreads said I had to wear a mask to shop,and I replied that I can't wear a mask because of my condition. Which he replied I don't care about your condition,you have to wear a mask to shop.I replied,I just need one thing. Nope,he said. So I left saying don't expect to stay in business to long if you keep running customer's off.
