ADA installed a new air conditioner and gas heater. Everyone from the office to the technicians were very professional. The technicians were careful in putting plastic over the carpet. Despite them having to work in the rain and come in/out of the house there was no mess. They left no trace of being there. They wore masks and respected social distancing during the Covid19 restrictions.

I have the greatest experience every time I need service on my unit. ADA has been there for me during emergencies, regular maintenance, and when I had to replace my old unit. They are the best! Scott was my tech today and he was friendly, professional, and did a thorough spring maintenance job on my unit. Other businesses could learn from ADA on how to do excellent work & how to treat their customers right. Thank you ADA for always being there for me!

ADA helped me to keep my 22 year old furnace and air conditioner working for a full year after I thought it was kaput. Last year I called ADA when the air conditioner did not cool. They were able to add a couple pounds of (obsolete) coolant - and came to the house on Memorial Day!! The system lasted through that summer. Last week I realized I had no cooling capacity on a semi- warm day! I called ADA again. This time the air conditioner's leak had grown so much that absolutely no coolant was left. I did not make sense to spend upwards of 1000 to replace coolant for the ancient system that would just leak out again. I now have a much more efficient gas furnace and electric air conditioner- plus it is so much quieter than the old one! Since their employees are all on salary and not commission I felt I could trust their recommendations. The cost was reasonable and less than I had expected. ADA provided me several options that fit my budget and, the technicians we're knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after themselves inside and out - no mess left for me to handle! I was on a time crunch so work had to be completed by 5:00 PM - and it was! I highly recommend ADA Heating and Air Conditioning.
