Had a chance to go to Adado to have both brake calipers in the back replaced. They got me in on the same day and had the job done in hours. Had a chance to finally meet Bob and he was as great as everyone said he was! The customer service and actual service they do on the cars here is incredible. Also, their prices are incredibly fair compared to competitors .

I went to Adado Sales for tires and an alignment on March 1, 2021 for my Chevy Volt. I dropped it off at noon and it was ready a few minutes before 3:00 pm. The staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend and appreciate Adado Sales.

What more can I say about Adado Trailer Sales and Bob other than go see them if you are in the market for a trailer or tires! Had the need to get a new trailer and was in and out FAST with my purchase. Sales person was great to work with and made sure to explain everything as we completed the transaction (even with me being in an impatient hurry). A few days later, I had a unique follow up and sent them an email, honest expecting a No, we can't do that or no answer at all. Bob promptly replied in the evening and when we spoke the next morning, I was more than pleased with his 'come on in and we will get it taken care of' approach. When I showed up later in the afternoon, he had the needed paperwork ready and helped me personally. When I thanked him to express my appreciation and original skepticism about my request, his reply was again 'I treat people the way that I would want to be treated'. What a great approach to business. That is how you win and keep customers! Go See Bob and Adado Sales. You will not be disappointed.
