Service. They don't know the meaning of the word. The initial flooring installation was poorly done. The new house was moved into November 2016. Have done a lot of complaining. April 9 2018 they were going to do a patch job which we did not appreciate. May 21 2018 they finally began tearing up the old floor to replace the underlayment and vynal. Came home May 24 to find new flooring in kitchen, dinning room and hall way,also living room floor is 1/2 torn out the other 1/2 has our fridge, range,kitchen table, sofa,and entertainment center. A note was left saying see you Tuesday. Well it's Wednesday afternoon and nobody has shown up.
