Stopped in to make a purchase, place stunk, animals were shoved in cages under shelving. Poor, sad and disgusting. We were greeted by a friendly young lady, she was giving us information about a possible pet. We agreed to think over before purchasing. On our way out the owner/boss was reprimanding her clearly telling her he doesn't pay her to stand around and talk. He should be thankful for her kind customer service. Shame on him!

This pet store is horrendous. The animals are kept in terrible conditions. They should be ashamed of themselves. Every time I go into this store I find myself with tears in my eyes as I see all the neglect in these animals. Especially back in the “creature cove” The store is incredibly dirty and the staff working at this store act like they don’t want to be bothered & they are doing you a favor by helping you. Breaks my heart. I hope ASPCA does something. Terrible.

The cockatiels on display are not for sale and are in very small cages. Other than that everything is well maintained for the animals.

They have large and jumbo rats for all you snake lovers. Super friendly staff and very clean cages! They take their time every day to handle each animal and clean their cages!

It’s sad because I want to support a local business, but unfortunately I cannot. The store is disgusting, and the animals are kept in horrid conditions. They have a surplus of animals with a lack of space for them. The rabbits never have enough hay, the reptiles are kept in tiny tanks, and the chinchillas sleep on metal cage wire. Last time I was there I picked up a dog bowl & it had cob webs with a dead daddy long leg attatched to it. The store is so unsanitary and I feel so bad for the poor animals that have to spend part of their lives crammed in here. Profit should not come at the expense of proper living conditions. They should be ashamed of themselves. DO BETTER!!!!!
