Carly is an incredible therapist. She is kind and compassionate, but doesn’t make the therapy boring like many other therapists, with her small jokes and asides the sessions are amazing. She makes you feel as if you’re in a safe zone for the entire session. Her office is such a calming presence that makes me feel even more at ease and ready to talk. It’s not like traditional talk therapy, it’s like having a conversation with an old friend. So much of the advice that Carly has given me has made a massive impact in my daily life. I could not recommend a better therapist to anyone. You’re the bomb Carly.

The environment that Carly has created in her office allows me to feel free to talk and calm overall. It's relaxing, and I personally like the weighted and fluffy blankets. Not to mention, she's really easy to talk to and the conversations always have me feeling good and wanting to better myself.
