I have and have had well over 20 different institutions for checking accounts, even ones at the \same bank\, (different charter). I have never experienced such a helpful manager. Ita Reilly is very customer focused and has put in the extra effort and taken the time to explain in detail every question I posed, as well as providing helpful information navigating the bank's processes and procedures. When I asked questions not common knowledge, she followed up after talking to the appropriate people, and really went the extra mile by following up on my new account, to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.

The WORST BANK ever. Since last few months they have started to lower interest on my checking and saving account. Without any reason, every month there is less and less. I know that times are tough(pandemic months), but my question is: if they lower interest on people mortgages and other loans? Probably not!!!! they still have to pay the same interest every month. For me it is a SCAM!!! AVOID THIS BANK as much as you can and go somewhere else!!!!
