This company repo a customer truck from the yard after repair have been done. I spoke with lien holder and they said that they decided to leave the truck vs to pay the bill and they NEVER allow Illinois Repossession Agency to repo the equipment. When i called Repo agency they denied but when i put a review on the BBB they respond back that they did it. AS THIS MOMENT we informed lien holder as well as Repo agency that our attorney will fill up a law suit against them for repo a truck since was a balance on it from a dealership and as well as trespassing since there are sign DO NOT TRESPASSING I will attach as well proof of their answer on BBB since they will try to cover their lies.

Very bad experience with company . Specially the lady at the desk was very very rude . And when things didnt work out with her for tranporting the car and i told her we wont be able to do it she said i thought so. And she was talking about some paper work needs filled and i was just asking her question. She was rude from starting and had a smart mouth. Do not deal with them . Will never work with the company just because of her behaviour. I also called them sooo many times and she kept saying nobody called but i said i can show you the call history she just kept being rude. Their voicemail was full couldnt leave a message either to give them any type of notice.
Awful people they will rip you off blind. They do not run their accounts they will bs updates all day long pick a better company to represent you in the field. I used to work there and 99 percent of their accounts do not get ran. It's sad you have to worry about their checks bouncing. All they do is lie. There are way better companies out there do your research check out their ICC registered employees 2 of them don't work there anymore. RUN!
