Waiting for them to just take me to court (which they won’t). I won’t be responding to them bcz I’ll be liable for the fine. Issue a court order and we can fight it out there. I have my evidence to prove I can park there. But I won’t be engaging in any conversation with these guys. Sending letter during lockdown like your job is essential... pathetic. And judging by the comments, it’s pretty clear they are trash. These private companies eventually stop. So keep it up fella. You’ll move on.

Received a fine on 170 following an initial PCN which I attempted to appeal however no response was received. I then attempted to pay using both the automated phone service & online payment website - both of which do not recognise the details listed on the letters & emails. I have now sent 3 emails and attempted to call in excess of 20 times over the past 3 days... what more can be done? Should I just wait for the fines to increase further?? NOW is the time to act on the abundance of shocking reviews instead of just copying and pasting the same weak paragraph. Up your game ZZPS.

I was apprehensive calling the company as I was very upset about getting a parking ticket. The person I spoke to was polite and kind and really listened to what I had to say. I'm not happy that I got a ticket but I can not fault this company, their compassion and their professionalism. Now, I do not believe the bad reviews and think this is probably just people who are upset they got a parking ticket too. If I was scoring the ticket itself it would get zero even though it was my fault, but ZZPS get 5 out of 5 from me. Thank you ZZPS you have restored my faith in humanity. x

I got a ticket from a company called Saba visiting in hospital before Christmas, sent a cheque and it apparently never arrived. The next thing over a month later I get a demand for 130 from ZZPS for 70 admin fee apparently(Complete rip off) and 60 fine for Saba. I spoke to both companies and they both said it was outwith their control and they could do nothing and to phone the other!These companies are so disgraceful. It should not be allowed. There is no decency. Zero stars if I could fo bothe companies.

They offer now easy service to make a payment, the give you a link on the letters they send but when you go to that link you can not make any payment at all. It seems they have this setup to confuse you so you don't pay and they can just keep adding charges for you to pay.
