Great apartment with nice 24 hour security staff. Everything looks clean. Amazing view and close to the beach. Amazing place to stay!

Great for what it is. In a comfortable part of the coast and if your room faces towards the water a great view. There is also a nice little beach just outside within a 3 minute walk.
Wow, just wow.... the security guards at the reception give the word rude a whole new meaning. Come there for the first time and park there by accident, you will be welcomed by yelling and cursing. Is it so hard to stay professional and kindly request someone to move their car? I suggest some training in courtesy
Lovely apartment, wonderful beach and sea views. Nice area with attractive well-lit coastal paths. Clean, quiet and secure with many occupants being residents rather than tourists. Unfortunately no allocated parking and lovely private swimming pool not open until 10am.
90 cents a pint. Served by Martial (a Rob Brydon lookalike). Friendly staff and very clean. Lovely terrace where one can sit and people watch. Their own spicy pickles, served as free tapas, are worth a visit alone.
Location is absolutely amazing. I had some trouble with contacting the owner of the property or even people who worked there since it's not a hotel or anything. Lots of miscommunication and that gave me quite some stress. Apartment itself was okay but both sleeping couches were broken so I slept on one half for the entire week and that's not really comfortable. Other than that it was an absolute amazing vacation
The location is nice. Near the beach {2 min walk} and you have all you need right in front of the complex. Hiperdino express, a few restaurants car rental, souvenirs shops. The view is indeed fantastic, if you stay in an apartment facing the sea. Sun on the terrace all day long, and some amazing sunsets. However, it is always windy on the balcony, so I couldn't enjoy it as much as I wanted. The aparments are pretty small, and mine lacked an oven and wifi. The biggest con is the noisy hotel nearby. Sure, it's great to look at in the evening, but music is loud up to 23:30. Hard to fall asleep. The beach is not that amazing. Small, and water is not so clean. I recommend el puertito, which ia 5 min driving distance, for a crystal clear water. Pool is ok, well maintained, although some of the lounges could be replaced, they are broken. With these being said... There is nothing to do in playa paraisio. Unless you take a car and go to nearby towns and beaches, like fanabe, las americas, los gigantes, adeje. But you'd be better off booking an apartment in those places in the first place.
The apartment we rented was lovely. It was ideal for us as an older couple. Quiet and the pool area was lovely.
