I would not even give it 1 star .. very bad company. We had a transfer to Loro Park with this company. In the morning they were already 25 min late and at pickup there was no bus We were 20 minutes earlier than the pick-up time and looked at each bus for the right number .. when I called the organization after 45 min, she told me that I was too late for the bus. Unfortunately we were not the only ones who had 'missed' the bus.The organization came with no solution and we had to take a taxi back. Expensive return journey and a lot of stress on holiday by this organization. #TENERIFE #LOROPARK #VRTEXCURSIONS
