Nice staff. Especially the beautiful lady behind the reception ! The hotel room was nice and clean also the bathroom was great. The pillows were a bit on the negative side and the parking is not avaiable for big cars or big groups with more then 4 cars.

A nice hotel at a good location in Adenau!
1st time staying here after spending a lot of time eating and drinking here over the years. Rooms were lovely, staff friendly, location great and the free parking in the courtyard a bonus :-)
We were here for dinner and my sister had asked the staff about her lactose and soy allergy and they said it wasn't a problem. When they served, it was loaded with cheese and my sister had cried with pain. They told her it wasn't there fault and basically said she was overreacting. My dad had to pay full price since the chef didn't want to talk properly. Very rude staff and will never return.
Very nice accommodation in the centre of Adenau. Buffet breakfast.
