Working hours now with covid-19 from 08:00am to 01:00 pm is not enough to service people.
So slow and no ethics in their communication, I just start to be with them and nothing of the employee promises happened. Also call center not supportive and they don’t have awareness about customers need It’s very bad experience If there is less than one star I will rate them
I have written to Google earlier also, that ADNIF name has changed to FAB ISLAMIC, there is NO MORE ADNIF. That's why I sent these pics.
It's not active bank due to catering specific Islamic banking sector and their location is not place around commercial area

اشكر الموظفه ماعرف اسمها لكن الوحيده الي كانت مواطنه في خدمه العملاء 28/08/2019 اول شخص في هذا البنك با افرعها بالدولة يعاملني بها السرع وتزويدي بالتفاصيل بشكل سريع عكس باقي الفروع الثانيه الي يصير فيها مماطله ماعرف شو القصد منها .
