I had an amazing back and neck massage from Mani who is a therapist there. She was very professional and gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. The customer service was excellent and I was made to feel comfortable at all times. I arrived with a very painful back and left feeling fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a massage. I am looking forward to going back very soon for another treatment.

UPDATE: After 5 months I still don't have a response from my e-mails. Having looked on Google Reviews today I have seen that all positive comments received a 'Thank you' ONE WEEK AGO. However no response to any complaints. Speaks volumes! Very poor quality of service. Came in for a mini-manicure and by the following day the polish on at least two nails had completely peeled off. 48 hours after the manicure two more had peeled off. I went in store to ask them to do something about it and they flat refused to help me, saying that they could not guarantee how long polish would last. I have never had polish last less than 24 hours even when applying at home! They then gave me an email address to complain to, which DOES NOT WORK. I have since found a different email address but still waiting for a response. I went straight over to a different salon, got the same treatment for a cheaper price and the polish lasted much longer. Makes sense that Adorn Beauty was completely empty whereas the alternative salon was constantly flowing with customers.
Myself and my wife thought we would pop in for an hour massage. It was an excellent experience and very relaxing. Mani who looked after me was very professional and done an amazing job. I would recommend Adorn for a massage . Thank you
Paid for a “spa”pedicure which included massage chair massage I was sat on massage chair which didn’t even work. Meant to have smooth feet after a pedicure and my feet definitely aren’t as smooth as they should be after a pedicure. I wouldn’t recommend. Some staff are friendly others not soo much.
I visit every 6-8 weeks for my routine Hollywood waxing and the service is amazing. I’ve actually been going for nearly four years now and recommend a lovely lady called Punab who is extremely professional and makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. Love her and love the salon!
