Ben's Bump Shop was recommended to me by Larry's Muffler in Adrian. I recommend Ben's because of these points: 1.honest, 2.very fast repair, 3.do NOT over charge, 4. great service and genuinely cared for my and my family's safety.My husband is based overseas and I always worry that auto places will take advantage of a woman who doesn't know everything about cars.The opposite is true at Ben's, these dudes just do what's right and look out for people in the community which is a great way to run a successful family business. The guys at Ben's Bump Shop made me love my car again! The service was great. They estimated it would take 5-8 days for repairs; I took my car in on a Monday morning and had it back by Friday afternoon. They worked with my insurance company to keep costs reasonable. They assured me every step of the way that everything would be taken care of. When I got my car back, I was in love again! They truly went above and beyond- not only was my car back to factory order, but it was also detailed, inside and out. Highly recommend for friendly, fair service.

Outstanding, honest shop with exceptional customer service. My wife and I drove in today to get a quote for a mud flap in back and clip in front that had been torn off driving in the recent ice storm. Pat greeted us warmly, and came out with us to look under the car. After assessing the problem, he went to the storage building to obtain the needed parts, and fixed it in 15 minutes while we waited! Ben's Bump shop has gained a customer for life.
