They have been around forever and make and support a fantastic like of products. I bought a HD21 sharpener and followed up by purchasing the point thinner and a model 600 because of the way they bent over backwards to help me. This is a \forever\ machine and you will love every second using it. I actually kind of like finding a dull drill in the drawer now, because when I go to sharpen one it reminds me of how well they treated me. They are not cheap china products. In my opinion they priceless!
