Washovia was excellent in every way for our housing need. They were quick to respond for a site evaluation. Brought us a trailer to live in within a week and a half of our fire. They sped up the trailer preparation to bring us a place to live quickly. If anything was needed during our trailer stay they were quick to respond. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. They were super careful when bringing and removing the trailer from our property. This is a very professional company who truly cares to make your temporary living arrangements as simple as possible while meeting your basic needs.

Had a house fire! Randy and his team have been fantastic! The trailers are in like new condition! Covid has set the schedule of the house rebuild back months! I've been in one of their trailers for over a year and their response time is same day! Couldn't ask for a more skilled and knowledgeable team! From the ladies that came out to help me get moved in, to the guy's that set up the trailer, electrical and septic! These people must enjoy what they do because they really do it well! I can also attest, that they are fully equipped to handle temporary housing for physically handicapped and wheelchair situations. Good people that do a great job! THANKS!

Chad and the crew got us set up in an RV to live at temporarily while our house was going through flood restoration. My family had never lived the RV life before. Chad trained me up. Every time I had an RV issue and texted Chad, he immediately replied and quickly had a solution. Most of the times the issue was operator error on my part, but Washovia always helped me through it no matter what. They made multiple return trips to our RV to fix stuff or add little improvements that we eventually realized we needed. They even made a custom set of stairs so our big old dog could get in the RV. I highly recommend Washovia to anyone. They absolutely care about providing great service. It matters a lot to them. It’s hard to run a business and always be as responsive as they are, but they somehow do it.

I have contracted work for Washovia in the past and I can say that this company goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service to its customers. As a matter of fact I have never seen anything like this service. Kudos to Randy for inventing this concept almost 30 years ago. To think the amount of people this company has helped in a desperate time of need when the only other option is staying in a hotel or with family or sometimes, nowhere. The trailers are nice and having seen first hand the effort that goes into every one to make it like home for each family should not go unmentioned. Simply the absolute best, second to none in the business. A great service, great people and a great place to work.

When a house fire left my family displaced, it was Washovia that delivered us a nice, furnished temporary place to live. We had a lot of concerns about leaving our property; thankfully they were able to place the housing on our lot. Not only were they professional and punctual, but also very kind and empathetic to our needs. The crew worked very hard to have everything ready for us on the same day as delivery!! We would highly recommend them for any housing needs.

Everyone at Washovia was awesome! From start to finish! They were very prompt and always available if we needed anything or had any questions. Everyone was friendly and it was a pleasure to have dealt with them. They were the only easy part of dealing with the loss of our home! To Chad, Tammi, and the rest of the crew: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys did such a great job getting us set up after our house fire. They contacted me and arranged set up, asked our questions and concerns before the process even began. After the trailer was installed on our property, their commitment to us didn’t stop there. Once in the trailer, quickly realized with a toddler, we needed a dishwasher. Boom, next day, we had a dishwasher. We needed a different dresser for our toddlers room to double as a changing station; next day they delivered it. Had a washing machine malfunction, same day, new one ordered and scheduled for delivery as soon as they were able. Even during the heart of COVID, Chad came out to take care of US. I cannot say enough good things about these folks and would recommend them to anyone in need of temporary housing. I hope I never need them again, but they’ll be my first phone call if I ever do. Thank you guys for everything you did for us during a seriously traumatic time in our lives.
