I've had Dr. Lori Halderman for almost 16 years. I have received the BEST care ever. Her nurse Lazette goes above and beyond on a consistent basis! Always calls to keep me informed. I NEVER have to wonder if they got a message.

I had to call 3 times to get a response after they denied my refill from my pharmacy. They are always too busy to give good customer service. I was denied birth control 3 months after an exam. They said I had to come back in durning a pandemic, so they have lost a patient. I ordered the same birth control from an online company in 10 minutes.

My husband works for Baylor and the nurses recommended this place. It's an all women practice and I love it. The receptionists are really nice and welcoming and my OB, Dr. Steininger, is awesome and informative and very attentive whenever I see her every month.

I was a little nervous about what to expect since this was my first visit to the practice. The office was very clean. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kidd was very professional and friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable. She sat down and took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely go to this practice again.

After the first initial appointments, I knew that I could trust her as my family did. She ensured that I was knowledgeable in all aspects of my surgery and what her approach would be. Dr. Banks took care of me all the way through, along with her amazing staff. Again I'm very grateful a major surgery went very well. Number one choice for me, you won't be disappointed
