The nurses were amazing. The star is for the staff and the staff only. The doctor however is the problem. Upon greeting me he looks at my chart looks at my name and says \Oh your name is not hard to pronounce at all .\ He then proceeded to question why I am there while going through my chart which already had an allergy panel done requesting a allergy referral. His tone was completely condescending, I felt completely ignored, none of my concerns or worries address. No one wants to be dismissed when it come to their health. I'm sure he probably an excellent doctor to the right patient.

I have called twice to try and make an appointment to see a doctor at this clinic! The first time the woman that answered the phone asked or recommended that I see my PCP! I have an asthma/allergy doctor that I see in pasadena and I now live on this side of town! I understand about the pricking to test for allergies! I have had it done before! I called again today and I got the same thing from this woman! Asking about allergies! I told her again I have had this done and do not mind having it done again! And she went on to ask if I needed a pulmonologist or an allergist! I am not sure if she did not want to make my appointment! I mean I have regular insurance! I am not feeling well and just needed an appointment! It.is sad that people in offices like this can not even help to do that for.patients like myself that have asthma/allergies!

Dr. B and his staff are so thorough, they walked you through the entire process with such efficiency and clarity. You feel comfortable knowing that they are very experienced with treating patients with a wide range of needs in allergy and asthma care. I highly recommend making appointment if you've been considering learning more about your allergies and what treatments may be best suited for you. They also take into account prescription costs! I've never had a doctor make sure I have coupons to reduce my co-payments for certain drugs.

Very professional. Usually not too crowded. They have a lot of respect for your time as a customer, when you get there you sign in and someone always notices pretty quickly so they can get you taken care of. If you're getting shots, finding a time that isn't busy is easy. Works pretty well with my schedule.
