I have been with State Farm, in general for years, as I like the company and have had great experiences with their agents. In my move to North Carolina, I hastily obtained a different insurance company and regretted it pretty quickly, I could not get in touch with my agent. I was referred to Bandy Agency and received prompt help from Reagan and it has been a wonderful experience. Very personable and knowledgeable and I received responses to my email contact and phone calls. I saved money and got an agent with whom I look forward to having a long working relationship!

Darryl Brady State Farm has been my Insurance Agency for both my home and vehicles since I moved here in 2007. They have always been extremely helpful and professional when dealing with any questions or concerns I may have regarding rates/policies/etc. Along with Darryl, their staff is one of the more friendlier and caring group of people you will meet. I recently sold my vehicle to my son in Florida and had basic questions around transferring/when to cancel my existing insurance and Stacey Mitchell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making all my changes! She is great to work with and always has time for any questions, no matter how basic they may be! I highly recommend this Agency to anyone that is looking to insure their homes/vehicles or any other insurance needs.

I've known Beverly for a while as a former neighbor. Had been with state farm from age 16 when my previous agent passed away I was added to another branch on country club rd ws nc. Needless to say my experience was not stellar. I like having an agt that I can trust who is like family who takes care of you Beverly does this. Give her a call you won't go wrong. Because of her service and professionalism I'm back with State Farm. Darryl she needs a raise , pepper needs treats. Call this office you won't regret it I promise.

Darryl bandy and his team have gone above and beyond! Can’t thank them enough for being there when we needed them most. You never know what to expect from an insurance agency. Sometimes you just want a really low quote with good coverage. I knew from the second I stepped in their office, I was in good hands. They found me a policy that gave me a better deal than what I had in Florida, and Even with better coverage. They didn’t push me and I really hate being pressured into things. I really realized how great they were when we experienced waking up to a horrible fire in July 2018. Darryl Bandy was there early that same morning to check out the damage and assured us that we would be taken care of. I took his word and it was a flawless process to follow. They covered everything we lost. It really helped us a ton during a rough time in our lives and we can’t thank them enough!
