I brought my Mom in there who is elderly and the lady that works in the office has her desk set up in the waiting room which was hot and did not seem to have very much ventilation was not wearing a mask..not even a face shield. I thought this was required in the state of OH. Let alone a medical facility! I will not be bringing my mom back.

Had to replace an old set of hearing aids and the \Premier Edition\ was suggested. I agreed and have had them for about a week. They improve my hearing much better than what I had, which is the important part of getting hearing aids. I have the ability to hear music from my Amazon account on them, talk on the telephone with a \loop\ attachment hung around my neck, and watch TV with them, much like the TV Ears that enables you to do that. I am more than satisfied as I sit here typing and listening to my favorite artist sing to me. GREAT!!!!!!
