Dawn and Lindsey are a dynamic duo, dedicated to giving you the chance to hear the best you have ever heard! In my case (hearing loss since a young child) this is literally true. Thanks to the careful testing and finding and customizing the hearing aid which produces the best results for me (Bluetooth-enabled for amazingly fine phone conversations), I have never heard so well, so clearly, in my entire life! [And I have had plenty of hearing aids before I went to Advanced Audiology.] In addition to testing me for several hours on two different sessions, they also provide excellent follow-up service and repair. After a year of flawless operation, my right hearing aid stopped working. Dr. Dawn Heiman herself picked up my hearing aid curbside and in just a couple of days delivered it back to me, working as good as new with a new receiver and new wire. And this is all part of the service-and-warranty deal I got when I bought the hearing aids. No additional cash required. Quite simply, they are the best audiology professionals I have ever encountered, by far. Stick with them, and you will be hearing at a level you never heard before in your life! I've never felt better cared for from a Dr. Always plenty of time for appointment, extra care with covid cleaning. Dr Dawn goes out of her way to educate patients on available hearing devices and options. She even offers trails when needing new devices. Lots of time spent listening to my needs, even when I didn't buy the most expensive device. She will help any patient who is needing a new Audiologist. She's the best.
