I went in for a simple fix where a filling in my back molar had popped out. The exam alone was 200. The dentist wanted an additional 215 just to refill the tooth. I have never encountered such a ripoff in my life. The assistants were great and polite. The establishment itself leaves much to be desired. I'll go somewhere else where I'm not being fleeced. Thanks for nothing

I had been searching for a dental practice since moving from Ohio a couple years ago. I had my first visit yesterday with Advanced Dental Care and I was blown away. I have been to many dentists over the past 20 years and by far they are my favorite. Wonderful and helpful staff and amazing customer service! Dr. Summerlin was amazing as well. Very informative and I trusted him right away. They talk you through everything they are performing and even though I have had many dental procedures, this is still a nice practice as it puts you at ease. I couldn’t be happier and will recommend anyone I know to go there for their dental needs. The same day crown service is extra amazing and I didn’t know that it would feel so different than the old method of sending a mold to a lab and waiting a couple weeks for the crown. Wow this new crown felt like my own tooth but better if that’s possible lol. No bumps or getting used to the new crown, it just felt normal and what i should have been having all these other times when I needed crowns. You won’t be disappointed with this dental practice!

I guess they really don't care about customers. I had called to reschedule my appointment when we had the big snow storm and the roads were really bad, and their response was if you don't show up for initial appointment we won't ever see you again. Mind you, I was going to be a new patient and never missed an appointment with them. They just totally seemed disengaged and complete lack of regard for patients. I get it, you want people to show up to appointments, but jeez

I was very impressed with Advanced Dental Care of Anderson. They are not my regular dentist. I had an \emergency\ and my regular dentist office was closed for vacation. From the time I spoke with Advanced Dental Care of Anderson on the phone, to greeting me by name in person, and then the service itself, I was very happy. The staff was very thoughtful and kind. I appreciated them patiently answering my many questions. I was so happy with the experience that I made an appointment for a cleaning in two weeks and they will become my regular dentist office.
