Not sure why the other reviews are so negative. I’ve been twice and both times have been pleasant. I was treated very nicely and the staff are very friendly.

While their imaging services are standard for any hospital visit, their business end of their services is very poor. We received a notice of collections for an amount less than 14. We had not received any paper billing from them (though the rep claimed one bill was sent); however, I did have an explanation of benefits from my own insurance company (not a bill). They were closed due to Covid during the time that they referenced the bill would have been mailed. I have scoured our paid medical file and have nothing from them. I do have all the bills from that same hospital visit. In addition, I asked why no additional bills or phone calls had been made in regards to this bill. I was informed that they had made an automated call on the same day they sent it to collections...which was indeed a random \spam\ type message on our machine not specific to our account. My goodness...what poor office administration...who sends a client to collections and puts their credit in jeopardy for under 14 with no communication that the bill has come due or is past due? A poorly run one...do better medical offices...if you were closed for Covid I can only imagine office staff had ample time to hand billing communications. One letter never received and one automated call on our machine the same day they decided they'd done enough and sent it to collections.

I imagine the medical services were OK I have no clue. I was in the hospital for heart surgery, and my opinion as to whom to use was not requested. Almost two years after my surgery, checking my credit report, I discover a collections account for 25.73. Not having a clue, I contact the billing department. I am informed that the amount is an accumulation over twelve procedures performed during my stay at St. Mary's. The amounts were 1.73 for example. While Blue Cross paid these folks thousands of dollars, they will not write off a single penny. They will not call or provide any detail. So this monster debt was sold to a collections agency, and put on my credit report. I am most displeased with this transaction.
