This review is for the level of customer service, professionalism and honesty! One of our water pipes leaked several inches of water all over the first and second floor of our newer home. We called Advanced Fire & Flood and told them about the issue. They had someone out in less than two hours from when I called! The technicians came in and looked at the damage. They were very honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They went ahead and dried out all the water with special machinery, and left the place spotless. Our carpet was very old and frankly it was not worth it to fix carpet since we were looking to get new carpet anyways. Just not this soon...They were professional, knowledgeable and so nice and understanding. I hope I don't ever need to call them again, but absolutely would call them in a heartbeat if we ever get more water damage. It is refreshing to see a company so honest, efficient and knowledgeable!
