super helpful staff, really knowledgeable and understanding. i got my prescription updated and they gave me some samples & good medical advice. after having a negative experience with 802 eye care, advanced vision was aaaammmaaaazing. 10/10 recommend

I have been using Dr. Fitzgerald for years and have always had great experiences with him and the rest of the staff. Everything is always clean, the wait time is minimal, and you always get an explanation of what test is being done. I plan to keep using Advanced Vision Care and Dr. Fitzgerald in the future.

Pleasant staff. My issue was with lack of follow through/up. On more than one occasion I was well, forgotten. I respect the challenges we are all going through with covid-19, though they had never reached out to me once opened for service (which I was told they would keep me informed), and after I reached out to there office, they assured they would get back to me - which they then didn't. This happened before Covid as well, where there was miscommunication, and when I went into my appt. the doctor wasn't prepared - He is a nice mN though. I respectfully have decide to find another eye doctor.
