Awesome! I work with an insurance company and I can tell you this facility is hands down the very best! They run a 3T MRI machine which is stronger than any of the other independent facilities. The technician is very knowledgeable and has even advised me that this facility is able to perform special type mris even prostate mris which normally can only be done at the hospitals. I really enjoy working with this company and will always offer them to patients if they ask.

I cannot recommend this place enough! My experience is that the facility is spotless, the staff is completely professional and appointments are on time. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Advantage MRI to anyone, especially those who want the best service for their patients, for yourself, or for your loved ones.

I called to find out more information about the MRI services offered at this facility and was transferred to a lady who could answer those questions. This was not the person who answered the phone upon initially calling in. After I asked my question she let out a very audible and exaggerated sigh before asking me who I was with and why I wanted to know the information that I was requesting. The conversation continued in a civil manner until she lost her patience and reiterated her frustration saying \look why are you asking me all these questions!?\. I simply wanted to know more about the MRI capability offered at the facility and it was not a question that the website or google could have answered. She refused to give her name a second time after I missed it when she first took the call. After a heated exchange she eventually just hung up the phone. I find it funny that their website says patients should look for a MRI facility with \courteous\ office staff. This is most CERTAINLY not a place like that. Look elsewhere for your imaging needs. Edit: After reading the other reviews on here I'd be willing to bet they are all fake and or done by people that have an interest in the facility. Notice how they are all commenting on how professional the office staff is. The 1 star reviews contradict them entirely. How convenient.

The customer service is horrible. My mom had a 2pm appointment, and I got her there before 2pm. She called me back to come fill out paperwork at 2:14pm because she was unsure of some of the information. She told me when I got there that there was another patient back there still, and her appointment was at 1pm. This was now at 2:30pm. When she finally went back I explained to Travis I had to be somewhere by 3:30pm, and he said it will take 30 minutes. I said so 30 minutes, or come back in 45 minutes at 3:15pm. He said no, 30 minutes. I get back there and it’s 3:09pm and no phone call from my mom. She was still back there. I ask how much longer and was told 5 minutes. A guy comes to talk to me, and explained what happened rudely, and said that they can stop it. She took a Valium and said that it took so long because she kept moving, well there explained her appointment was at 2pm and she got back 30 minutes late. He blamed her on getting there late but her appointment was at 2pm, not 2:30pm. Customer service is horrible and I’ll be sure her doctor knows about this.

Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. They are very personable AND experienced. Also, they have advanced equipment for more detailed imaging. I think they are the only place in NE Oklahoma or maybe the state that has 3T MRI? It makes a difference! Also, I had to pay out-of-pocket for my scan, because I don't have insurance. Their prices are beyond fair. I called several other MRI clinics to comparison shop, and they had the best price by far. So they have awesome people, the latest technology, and the best price I could find. I would definitely use their service again or refer any friend or family member :)
