They were good before 3-4 years. But now after they are grown, not maintaining customer satisfaction at all and not responding for weeks for important questions on filing after getting the payment. The filing is also incorrect nowadays and not reliable nowadays.

They used to be good. Now this year, there is no response at all after I made the payment for Tax Filing. There were numerous updates requested which went unattended. I was told they will be filing my taxes on Feb 12 because I provided all details before that. It has been more than a month and it has not yet been filed. There should be atleast a response given back for the customers.

I have had better response from car dealers. Once payment made, its impossible to get a response. i have been chasing them over emails, phone calls but no response. Not recommended.

I wanted to give 0 stars but option not available in Google. AO tax is running a scam from this year. They took the payment and then didn't file my taxes. Called them more than 5 times. Everytime they say filing will be done in next 24hrs but still nothing done. CRO doesn't reply to mails/messages. No response to escalations. Worst customer service.

Don't file your tax through AOTAX. They take money and after that they don't respond to your calls and emails also, they don't file your tax. I do not recommend AOTAX!! I will give minus rating. FRAUD Company!! BEAWARE!!

I would give zero star,the quality of service is bad and it would be almost impossible to talk to people on queries. Every time they says call back and never happens

I am very much disappointed your service , i paid the money and submitted all my documents on Feb 14th 2021, but till now you guys are not filing my w2 with IRS. Here after i wont stick with AOTOX and i wont refer any of my friends. Thanks for your poor service and made me frustrating .
