Great service! Walked in on a Thursday and had what I needed by Friday before noon! Did a great job making slight changes to the logo so the embroidering would turn out perfect! Thanks again! The school my daughter goes to uses them for the school logo on the uniform polos. 1/4/2021 I dropped three shirts off to get the logo on, I called on 1/14/2021to check the status of the shirts and was told it would be ready that day or the following day. Since I did not get a call saying it was ready for pick up, I called today,1/21,2021. Impatiently I was told, it’s finished, you can come pick it up. I should not have to be the one calling more than once to check on the status of the shirts, and hearing they were done and not calling to let me know is not good business. That should be the company’s job. And sounding impatient when I called is VERY unprofessional. Each time I used them, I had the same problem. Unfortunately only them does the logos on my daughters school shirt.
