Advantage is AMAZING!!! I use them at my property and they are great! Anytime I email Kristen is so nice and responds right away! The techs that come in and service our property are always nice and helpful and they always make our residents happy! Josh has been the one out here the past few times and has been so professional and nice every time. Makes sure all of our problems are noted and/or fixed! NO BUGS OVER HERE!!! :) Thank you guys for being such an amazing company!

We received an inspection service from Advantage Termite & Pest Control as they were subcontracted by our home inspection company, Five Star Home Inspections. The overall home inspection went very well, minus the termite inspection process. Our termite inspector, Brad, was at our house for all of five minutes before leaving. He did not approach myself with any information, instead only speaking to the inspector from our home inspection company. We thought it was fine, just a tad bit rude and unprofessional. The inspection came back as "No visible evidence of wood destroying insects was observed." and "No treatment recommended." We were very happy to hear this. Fast forward to two weeks later, when we tore up the flooring and began to pour Quikrete in between gaps between our slab and the foundation. When we started pouring in many areas, several termites began surfacing to the top. We have no clue how many termites were in these gaps due to the thickness of Quikrete, but at least six or seven were able to make it to the top before being engulfed by the Quikrete. I do not feel confident in their inspection report at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and there are plenty of good termite inspection and treatment companies in Kansas City to hire instead.

I am extremely pleased with Advantage. They contact me when it is time for my quarterly service. I have had to change appointments and the office staff is very pleasant and accommodating. When I have an issue they work until it is resolved. My technician Brandon is the best. He is knowledgeable and comes ready to do his job in a timely fashion without any complaints. I highly recommend this company.

Our tech Steve does a monthly preventative application for pest control. The Advantage administration staff is professional and timely with scheduling and handling requests for special applications. And Steve is always on time, stays on task and is knowledgeable about any application used. The service from Advantage Pest has been very good with good results.

My technician, Brad, was so patient with me today while I was trying to juggle other life issues and coordinate schedules for his return visit to empty traps. He was SO kind even when he had to climb up in my tiny entranced attic and find mice (I'm screaming inside but he was very calm). He was patient, thorough, informative, reassuring and explained all my options. This company is the best and the only one I'll use for pest control.

I rarely write a review of a business. I find that most everyone provides about a C level of service and quality. That said, Tom has been our rep for our Termite system the last few years. I am always blown away by his professionalism, dedication to his job, and the meticulous way he approaches his inspections. We are termite free and will stay that way thanks to his service. I highly recommend this business, and if you get Tom as your rep that is a huge bonus, because you know everything will be done the right way. On another note, this year's service came during covid and he was incredibly respectful of boundaries, spacing, and safety measures.

We have used Advantage for quarterly service since we moved into our new house four years ago. We had spider issues that have been resolved. They are thorough with going around the exterior to sweep for cobwebs and wasp nests. They even took care of getting rid of a bat that took residence under our deck. We would highly recommend their services.
