This is my favorite place to be! I have been attending classes here for almost 3 years because it is one of the only forms of physical activity that I actually look forward to. I wanted to start being more active, but after attending my first aerial hoop class, it became about so much more. It is now my creative outlet, a stress reliever, a place where I can accomplish physical and mental challenges, it has given me more confidence, and I’ve met so many amazing women! The community is my favorite, everyone supports one another and builds each other up! We compete only with ourselves and cheer everyone on, which is crucial to helping accomplish your goals. If you’re looking for a fun workout, or just like to be artistic or looking to meet new friends, I highly recommend taking a class here!

Took my first class doing Aerial Hoops and LOVED it! The class size was small so I felt like I wasn't lost or having a hard time keeping up. The instructor was fabulous and very personable. She explained everything well and made it very fun!
