I hosted a gender reveal for my best friend and the biggest portion, the reveal by plane" didn't happen. Aerial Banners canceled on us. The issue was not that they canceled because of the the weather, the issue was that they canceled 19 minutes before they were supposed to be presenting the reveal. This was disappointing because I called a month in advance, a couple of weeks in advance, a few times the week of the event, and a few times the day of the event to confirm arrival and was informed that everything was still good to go and they will be there. Imagine my disbelief as I'm heading into the waterside restaurant in order to bring the guests outside for the grand reveal, only to receive a phone call telling me it's not going to happen and they will issue me a refund on Monday. Yet, I had to call on Monday evening and was advised I would get it Tuesday because they were not in the office on Monday! I cannot take this place seriously. They're not true to their word.

I had no option but to give it one star but if I could I’d give them minus five stars. They have crashed more times than I can count. They’re planes are not kept up and they have lousy untrained pilots! I suggest if you ever see one in the air run as fast as you can and find a safe secure place!!!

This company don’t deserve the 1 star I’m forced to highlight. I reached out to this company several months prior to my event. I recommend Ariel banners Inc. to my friends to reveal my gender. 10 minutes before the scheduled time the company called to say they couldn’t make it due to the weather. I do understand things happen and “we” humans can’t control Mother Nature but I’m sure Dana knew that the plane wouldn’t been able to perform due to unforeseen circumstances 10 mins before the arrival. I was torn that my friends had to come up with a way to reveal my gender in 10 mins.
