Amazing! the staff will go above and beyond to help. super friendly. we have tried for over a year to get our girl who has cerebral paulsy out of her chair and down a zip wire and have been turned down left, right and centre! Rick and Simon said "we have never done it but we will make it happen" and they did and she loved it! forever in your debt lads, your the best x
