Terrible company who is trying to make money as much as possible. I have the agreement with them to send me invoices by email, as I'm most of the time abroad in medical care. They don't do it. Every time I get back home to Aargau they have turned off the electricity in my unit and I have to pay chf 200.- for them to turn back on the electricity. I'm then sitting in the dark for days with no fridge or oven working. I can't load my phone. I'm very ill and it's very important that I could call the ambulance at anytime. AEW should be ashamed for not sending me their invoices by email, turning off the electricity and then asking for chf 200.- to turn back on the electricity. They are taking advantage of a very ill person. And they do that every few months with me.
